Expenses of an Auction
Of course we are in the auction business to make
money, so we are forced to charged for our service. However, because
of the way we do things, the expense of the auction is rarely
noticed by the seller. Normally there is no money required up
front. All expenses and fees are taken from the gross sale of
the auction after the auction is over. This makes it easier for
the seller because there are no initial out-of-pocket expenses.
Each auction we do is unique and needs to be handled
in different ways to provide the best quality auction for the
seller. Because of this, the expenses and fees may vary. We bid
each auction separately depending on the items to be sold and
location availability. Estate Auctions and Business Liquidations
are best done on-site if possible. However, in some cases, the
auction must be moved to our
Auction
House or a nearby hall because of local law restrictions or
inadequate site facilities.
